THOMAS A. STOKELY, PLS PLANNER & DESIGNER
Mr. Stokely began his professional drafting career in 2001 and joined Quible in 2004, where he is now essential to our engineering drafting and design productivity. As a CAD and wastewater system expert, Tommy consistently produces design plans and cost-effective feasibility studies in addition to various geo-referenced aerial overlay basemaps for environmental projects. Behind the scenes, Tommy is repeatedly called upon by co-workers to solve just about any software or hardware issue. In 2015, Tommy earned his North Carolina PLS certification. As a professional surveyor, Tommy maintains a high standard of quality to our survey products.
As a Perquimans County native, Tommy resides in Hertford with his family. In 2014, Tommy was elected as Deacon to the Bethel Baptist Church where he and his family are influential members. Tommy is also an avid hunter, dog trainer and talented multi-media artist.
